About The Survey
The survey does not require any information which is privy to your organisation and anonymity of employee participants will be maintained. The survey is rendered via google forms to any organisation with a minimum of 20 employees including medium, small and micro enterprises (MSME) who can immensely benefit from the survey. Survey registration is open.
Optional Premium Services
Organisations can also opt for a detailed category-wise report on the basis of department / function / level etc. After the online survey, Prime Ideas will conduct discussion with the management and a cross-section of the employees (online) and will submit a customised analytical Rreport with proposed action areas. The charge for this service is Rs.100/- per employee plus GST. Payment Terms: 50% as advance and 50% on submission of the customized report.
- A standard information mailer will be sent to the registered organisation, to be shared with employees, 2 days before the survey
- In case of any suspected malpractice by the participants during the course of the survey, the decision of Prime Ideas Consultancy will be final and binding
- Participation by the leadership team separately may help for comparison with the survey outcome
- The survey link will be shared with registered organisation for onward sharing with employees at a pre-determined time and will be open for specified time only
- Minimum 80% participation to be ensured for an authentic survey assessment report
- Only one survey questionnaire submission is possible per email ID
- An industry wide survey report 2020 will be shared in due course
